How to Install downtimed software package in Debian 7 (Wheezy)

downtimed software package provides monitor of downtime, shutdown, and crashes, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install downtimed 

downtimed is installed in your system.

Make ensure the downtimed package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep downtimed *

You will get with downtimed package name, version, architecture and description in a table
